The interview was basically about explaining the role of a Project Coordinator, which I already had 5 years of experience in. So I just answered, yes, that's what I've been doing for the last 5 years... I was offered a job at the end of the interview.

I sent my resume to the hiring department and after about 3 weeks, I got a call for a brief phone interview. We scheduled a time for an in-person interview during that call. The phone interview focused on general computer skills. A few days later, I had the in-person interview. The HR representative was quite pleasant and easy to communicate with, mainly inquiring about my past work history rather than specific job-related skills. Following that, I met with two individuals who led the department I would be joining. They delved into more specific questions, seeking details about my relevant experience and abilities. The interview portion itself was not difficult; everyone I spoke with was friendly. The reason for my neutral overall rating is their lack of follow-up. I sent thank-you notes as expected and followed up a week later to check on their progress. The only reply I received was vague and poorly written. I never got official word that they had chosen another candidate; they simply stopped responding to my inquiries. The office environment is very appealing, featuring a nice perk where lunch is provided four days a week in their cafeteria. They appear to have a well-established operational structure.
