I got a call from HR to schedule an interview and was told there'd be an interview plus a basic skills test. When interview day came, it turned out to be three interviews with two hiring managers or directors each. It was pretty chill and everyone was nice. I got to talk about my past work and skills without feeling pressured. After the interviews, I did a basic skills test with some simple math and proofreading. The whole thing took about three hours. It took about a month to hear back from HR and get an offer.

They also explained what the job is and what I'd be doing each day. After that, I had a test covering basic grammar, math, and stats. They mentioned the daily tasks involve putting data into Excel or checking if numbers from their customer surveys line up, which sounds pretty dull.

It started with some basic questions about my work history and situational questions to see how I'd handle daily tasks. I then spoke with two people from the team I'd be joining, one after the other. After that, I had to do a test to check my data analysis and report writing abilities. The whole thing took place in one day and lasted a bit over two hours.
