I applied online. I had 3 interviews really fast: HR, hiring manager, and the hiring manager's boss. The interviews went well, but then I got ghosted. I reached out to HR a month after the last interview, but never heard back.

HR called me first to arrange a phone interview, which was a 30-minute call with HR. Then I had another 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager. The final stage was a 2-hour in-person interview. When I got to the office, HR told me to call a number, but it went to voicemail twice. I found someone who took me to the interviewer, who wasn't prepared and seemed like he was just working at his desk. He then set up a skype call with two other people who were remote, which I wasn't told about beforehand. One of the people on skype muted the call and didn't respond to a question asked by the person next to me. The interviewers were rude and didn't seem to care about my presence. They also didn't seem to know the company's direction or the role's responsibilities. The job description was entry-level, but they asked about my ability to work autonomously.
