The process was very long and the dynamics were ambiguous. They ended up selecting personnel who were clearly conflictive and, effectively, they only lasted a month in the company. The candidate decision method should be improved, because in the group dynamics, there were clearly conflictive candidates who were selected, and obviously, after a month, they had to leave the company.
