The interview process was pretty relaxed. I arrived on time and had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be interviewed, which wasn't too bad. The interviewer was nice and made it feel more laidback, and the interview questions were pretty simple and easy.
- Could you define what a sales associate means to you?

I applied online and then got a call asking if I was free the next week for an interview. The process was pretty calm. They asked me about my interest in working at JD and about my past experiences.

The first step is for you to introduce yourself, talking about your background, what skills you have, and what you've accomplished. Then, you'll answer some questions using the STAR method, making sure your answers are clear and concise. After that, you should ask some questions to show you're interested, maybe about the team culture or any challenges. Finally, thank the interviewer and say again how excited you are.
