The interview had two main parts. First, you're put in a random group to pick clothes for a specific scenario (like a family needing affordable Nike Dunks). You have a time limit to grab items and then present your choices to managers and others, explaining why you picked them. Then, you move to the Textiles area, pick an item, swap it with someone else, and have just 30 seconds to pitch it to the manager. Finally, you're paired up to figure out your partner's personality traits and then present those findings to show how friendly and sociable you are. This all helps them see if you fit well in different sections like Footwear, Textiles, or Back of House. There's also a one-on-one chat with a manager at the end of the group part.

I applied online and got an email with a link to pick dates for a group interview. We had the interview in the store after hours with about 20 other people. First, we did an icebreaker where we had to introduce the person next to us. Then, different groups were given various sneaker styles to pretend to promote or advertise, focusing on things like appearance and durability. It was important to know about sneaker styles. At the end, there was a short individual interview with a manager where they asked about my availability. I made sure to wear sportswear/edgy attire with trendy sneakers.

  • Can you tell us about this sneaker style and why it's a good shoe?
  • Please introduce the person next to you, including their name and an interesting fact.
  • What is your availability?
