Had a phone interview with HR, then an interview with the regional manager. Then there was a 1-month training period at a training store located two hours from Paris in Rouen. It's a good company for training, but the process was in English and there were a lot of procedures to learn.

Applied online. Got a call two days later to set up a telephone interview date. A week later, had the telephone interview with HR. Two days later, they called to set up interviews with the regional manager and store manager. The next day they asked for references from my previous job. Then, it was a welcome to JD.
