The interview process was super quick. I had to fill out a questionnaire and send it to the Director. The next day, they called to set up a phone interview. They told me to 'do my homework' and research the company, which I did. I expected the phone interview to be about 30 mins to an hour, but the interviewer said right at the start it would be really short, like 5 minutes.

Professional and friendly people. I felt welcomed and supported throughout the process. I spoke with a few managers and some junior staff members. I got a same-day offer. Back then, they expected you to accept right away to show interest, but that might have changed.
