They asked about my previous work and any leadership roles. I was told to explain things using the STAR method for experience-based questions. They really dug into my resume, focusing on specific experiences and skills. It was a polite and fast process, but I need to make sure my explanations are complete.

We were asked to play a few games, including one with blocks and a "Shark Tank" style activity where we had to pitch and sell an idea. There were also some typical interview questions. It was different from anything I'd done before and kind of fun. Some people in the group were nervous because there was a lot of public speaking involved in front of a decent-sized group.

The interview was a group thing, and instead of questions, they did group activities that the managers watched. First up was a building block set you had to build from plans only one person could see at a time, and they had to tell everyone else what to do. There was a time limit and we didn't finish, but it was okay since they wanted to see if you could give clear directions, follow them, and keep a good attitude. Then we all picked from a list of attractions to add to the store, and you had to write a paragraph why your choice was best for sales. We had to read our paragraphs out loud and present them like a meeting. After the activities, they talked to applicants one-on-one, and that's when they offered the job and talked salary. Super easy interview, just dress business casual and be polite.
