The interview process was pretty straightforward and went really well. The person interviewing me was super nice and seemed really excited about the job, and they knew a lot about what the role entails. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. We also got to walk around and see the place. I finished the interview feeling really good and pumped about the possibility of working there.

The interview process was great, very pleasant, timely, and not complicated. I was called a week after sending my resume and it was scheduled quickly. The interviewer was nice and asked good questions.

I sent in multiple emails and applications over a 3-month period, and after my last follow-up, they finally responded to schedule an interview. Two people interviewed me together for both the PT and GEX positions. They asked me to come back for a second interview on a specific day and time, but I wasn't available. I offered several other days and times for the following weeks and followed up three times, but never got a response. The positions were advertised on Indeed, so I don't know why they bothered if they didn't need someone. As a long-time instructor/trainer, I've never had such a difficult time interviewing for a position.

I reached out to the JCC about job openings and they mentioned they might have a spot for an Early Childhood teacher. It took me about two months of persistent follow-up to get them to confirm they had openings and wanted me to interview. Before the actual interview, I spent time in different classrooms with kids of various ages, interacting with them while being watched. After that, I went to the Education Director's office for the interview.
