First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at JBS.
Management Trainee
I interviewed at corporate years ago for the management trainee program for recent grads. They had a group of interviewers carpool and wait together while we interviewed. A few people came back crying because the interviewers were aggressive. When it was my turn, it wasn't as bad as others said, but it was the strangest interview I've ever had. They asked very direct questions and there was no warmth.
- Tell me about a personal flaw, but don't give one that's fabricated to sound like a strength.
Manager
The whole time until it was short, 4 stages in less than 1 month. But all video interviews where in the first 3 I had to repeat exactly what I had said in the previous one. The first with 3 people, the second with 2 people and the third with 9 people in the room.
- Tell me about your technical knowledge based on your past experiences.
Management Trainee
The interview process was a mix of phone calls and a Microsoft Teams interview. The phone calls were really laid-back and informative. The video interview was a panel interview, which made me a bit nervous. All in all, JBS does a good job of keeping you in the loop about what's going on. It was a good experience.
- What makes you want this job and to work for JBS?
- What appeals to you about JBS?
