The JBS internship interview process had three main parts. First, there was a recruiter screening with a talent partner who checked my resume, my interest, my general fit, and my availability. Then, we had a group interview with other candidates where we were given a puzzle to solve together. The last part was a panel interview with leaders from different departments, focusing on my leadership potential, problem-solving, and teamwork skills for driving change.

First, I had an interview with the coordinator and manager of the area, who assessed my knowledge of Internal Controls, SOX Law, COSO Framework, and similar topics. Then, I completed a test where the goal was to map out a process flow, identify risks, map controls, and point out potential gaps. Finally, I participated in a committee meeting with about 6 directors from areas unrelated to mine, who evaluated if my profile fit the company culture.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process is clear and structured, focusing on evaluating your technical skills and how you behave. Here's how it generally goes: First, they'll screen your resume to see if your experience, education, and what you're looking for match the job. Then, a recruiter or HR person will give you a quick call or video chat to talk about the role, how it works, and what salary you expect. After that, you'll have a technical interview with a senior person or the manager, where they'll ask about practical experience, technical knowledge, and how you'd handle real-world problems for the job. They'll also assess your soft skills like communication, organization, decision-making, teamwork, and how well you fit the company culture. Finally, you might have a more in-depth chat with leadership about the job's responsibilities, challenges, and what they expect. They'll let you know the outcome, and if you're selected, they'll make a formal offer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked about my life and hobbies.
