Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at JBS.
Commercial Analyst
The hiring process was really quick and dynamic, lasting about two weeks. The final stage was in-person at the company's office. Being fluent in English was essential to move forward in the stages.
- Are you open to working in a 100% in-person model?
Commercial Analyst
The selection process was smooth, but some questions made me uncomfortable. For example, the company's mission is based on principles like "owner attitude," "working no matter the day or time," etc. Anyway, I never worked there to know for sure, but these are things that should raise a red flag when you are in the selection process. Overall, the interview was okay.
- Were you asked if you are married and have children?
Financial Analyst
I applied through LinkedIn. I had to send a video introducing myself. After that, there were 3 separate interviews with the managers. They wanted to know who I was and about my professional experiences. The last phase was with corporate selection, who wanted to know more about my personal life and the JBS missions.
- Why would you like to leave your current company?
- Who are you?
- Tell us about yourself.
