So I had two rounds of interviews, each lasted for about an hour. Each interview, I met with three interviewers. They asked me about my resume, my past work and what I think for the future. The JBS U.S. building is pretty big and seems like a lot of people work there. The location is kinda meh because it's in a rural area, but it's not too far from the highway and traffic isn't bad, so it seems like you can get around easily.

It was a long process. First, I had to meet with a mid-level manager, then some of my potential coworkers. After that, I met with the department manager. If I passed those steps, I then had to meet with an 8-person hiring committee, and finally, the CFO.

The hiring process took about 3 weeks. I went through 4 stages: first, a call explaining the job details. Then, an interview with the manager and a specialist. After that, I had an accounting and English test. Finally, there was the JBS selection (an interview with executives and directors).
