It was a super quick interview process. The interviewer seemed like the interview wasn't even needed, and it felt like a total waste of time. I'm not really sure why they even set up the interview.

Started with a phone screen by HR, then had a first interview with team members. The second interview was with the hiring manager, and the third was with the department lead. Felt good about all of them, especially after the second one since I was excited about the role. After the third interview, I waited a few days, then followed up with HR but got no reply. A few days later, I also reached out to the hiring manager, but again, no response. They ghosted me after I finished the third interview. It would have been nice if they just let me know if they decided to go another way, just as a matter of respect.

The interview process is outlined below: 1) Phone call: Pre-screen with Recruiter/HR (within 48hrs of resume submission) 2) Phone call: Hiring manager (within 48hrs after speaking with recruiter/HR) 3) Phone call: Team member (3 weeks after hiring manager call) 4) On-site: Interview with multiple functional partners and hiring manager (3 weeks after team member call) After the on-site the recruiter reached out a week later to notify me of the decision. The process took over 2-months. Communication was a bit lacking, as there was none after each step until the recruiter contacted me to schedule the next interview.
