I had multiple phone interviews that were pretty good. They provisionally offered me the job, but I got a better offer elsewhere so I pulled out. Overall, it was a good interview process. The first interview was kind of weird because I had to record myself answering questions, but it was mainly just a screening.

The interview process had a lot of steps and calls. In total, there were about 5 long phone calls, 3 in person interviews, and a full 8-hour ride-along, all of which involved a good amount of driving.

So first, I had a chat with a recruiter who really dug into my resume. They asked me some questions about my past work experience and gave me a rundown of the job. After that, I had to take an online self-assessment, which took about 10-15 minutes. Then, I spoke with the regional manager, and we had a more detailed conversation covering the same ground as the recruiter. We then set up a day for a ride-along, which was pretty much what they described. We visited about eight different types of clients and talked about the role throughout the day. They also went over the basic pay structure and some other benefits. They scheduled a second ride-along with another rep, which was similar to the first one in terms of what we covered. I got the feeling that was more to see if we'd click. Finally, I met with the regional vice president to discuss compensation and get a detailed explanation of benefits and such.
