Sales Representative
First, I had to chat with four people from upper management over the phone to see if they'd like me. Then, I did a ride-along with the sales manager.

Tool and Die Engineer
I applied at 5 am and got the call for an interview at 8am. We scheduled it, and I ended up interviewing with HR on Microsoft Teams. They were very friendly and helpful. I made it through that interview process and had a second interview at the plant. After the interview, they ended up giving me a plant tour.

- What are your career aspirations and personal objectives?
- Do you possess specific technical expertise relevant to this job?
Sales
I had multiple phone interviews that were pretty good. They provisionally offered me the job, but I got a better offer elsewhere so I pulled out. Overall, it was a good interview process. The first interview was kind of weird because I had to record myself answering questions, but it was mainly just a screening.
- Would you be comfortable working extended hours on some days to cover a large sales territory?
Parts Puller
I was brought in for an interview and got to talk about my aspirations for growth within the company. Before that initial interview concluded, my interviewer contacted a supervisor at Power Drive to arrange an interview for me on the same day. This supervisor then asked me some questions, we chatted, and he then gave me a tour of the plant, taking the time to show me the specific tasks involved in the job I was applying for.
- In what ways can I contribute to the company's success?
