I had a great experience with the interview! I spoke with two leaders who each had over 10 years of experience at JBB. They answered all my questions well and also asked some very insightful questions.

I had virtual interviews with the heads of the mechanical department and HR, then took some personality tests. The interview was really easy, no technical questions, just personality and resume questions. The whole process was pretty simple and took about a month and a half from applying to getting an offer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe a situation where XYZ occurred and explain your actions?

So you meet with four people in the interview, 3 associates and 1 peer engineer. The first person I spoke to was very open and excited to be interviewing you. You then speak to a peer engineer, which is your time to ask any questions about the company. Definitely helpful. The last two associates appeared as if they just got out of bed and didn't want to be there. They showed no interest at all which makes it not only awkward but difficult for you to connect with them. All the questions you are asked are exactly the same, so it just becomes repetitive explaining the same story to each interviewer. They seem to only care about how you work with a team, which makes sense, but it leaves no room to showcase your personality outside of teamwork. Overall it would be nice if interviewers can bring some extra enthusiasm but don't get discouraged if the conversations feel awkward.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance where your team or a teammate was fulfilling their responsibilities on a project and describe your actions?
  • Tell me about a situation where your team or a teammate was working on their part of a project and what you did.
