I applied online and a recruiter got in touch pretty fast. The interviews were pretty chill and moved along nicely. First up was a phone chat about my background, sales experience, and why I'm interested in engineering consulting. Then, I had a virtual meeting with the hiring team where they hit me with some behavioral and situational questions. They were really focused on how I build relationships, manage clients, and handle tough sales. The interviewers were cool, knew their stuff, and took time to explain the company's work, vibe, and what they expect. The whole thing felt solid, not too long. They were clear with communication and flexible with scheduling. I got a good feel for how sales and tech teams work together, which was neat.

The interview process was really professional and well-organized. They were flexible with my schedule, starting with virtual meetings and then moving to an in-person meeting to make sure we were a good fit. After they made an offer, we talked about the details and it was handled smoothly. They were always available and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly.

First, I talked with the Talent Acquisition team via calls and emails about the job's main duties. Then, I had one virtual interview with the supervisor, manager, and director of the work team. We discussed the job duties, went over my resume, and I asked questions. After that, I took a personality test called Hogan Assessments online. Finally, I got a phone call with the offer.

The interview process felt pretty standard, like what you'd expect with all the process improvements and restructuring happening. I did send a thank you email, but honestly, not getting any kind of rejection email felt a bit rude and like a sign of bad practices.
