It started with an online application, followed by a numerical and reasoning test, and a 2-minute video submission to introduce myself and explain why I'm applying. Then, there was an initial phone interview. The assessment day had a morning session with an on-site numerical test, a leadership scenario test (multiple choice), and a debate. After a light lunch, there were interviews to consolidate results. Some candidates were given feedback, while others proceeded to the afternoon session. The afternoon session involved doing a mock proposal to a potential partner, with questions about bribing and the traits a CEO would need. We also discussed a 60:40 Joint Venture instead of 50:50. There was a business acumen part where I had to discuss potential divestments/investments for Jardine and name companies doing well or poorly, explaining why. Lastly, there were standard behavioral interview questions.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was straightforward, involving three interviews, one of which was with the hiring manager. The entire experience was smooth, and the team was very helpful when I had questions about MPF and benefits. One interview was conducted over Teams, and the other two were face-to-face. Everyone was friendly, and the process was clearly explained and easy to follow.
