First, there were online aptitude tests. After that, online assessments were given, which included presentations, calculations, questions, and answering how you would act in a scenario. You were asked about a report from the first aptitude test, so make sure you know that well and prepare how you will work on your weaknesses.

First, you have to fill out a lot of online stuff for the application. Then, I was asked to record a video answering questions about leadership and similar topics. After that, I got an invitation to their assessment centre in Hong Kong. I ended up paying for everything myself, including my flights from Canada. I was a bit surprised by the group interview because all the candidates were really aggressive, and you had to find opportunities to speak up.

I had a really professional assessment experience and learned a lot and got good feedback even though I didn't get the job in the end. I definitely recommend it. For anyone interviewing, make sure you're ready, know the company, how to present yourself, understand the global economy and current events, and stay professional!
