I started by talking to someone at a hiring fair, and then had 2 interviews which included a tour of the facilities. A few weeks later, I got a call back for an on-site interview. This consisted of 3 more interviews that day: first with HR, then the engineering department manager, and finally the engineering team lead. The interviews focused on talking more about my past experience, why I left my last job, and seeing if I'd fit in with the team culture. I went in feeling good and had some really good conversations, with a lot more back-and-forth chat than tough technical questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation
First, there was a WebEx interview that was mainly a background and behavioral chat. It was pretty relaxed, with no technical stuff at all. Then, I went in person for the second round, meeting with four different people. I talked to HR first, and then to three project managers or directors. Again, no technical questions, mostly just background and the typical questions like 'what was the most challenging thing at your last project?'. One question from a director surprised me a bit: they asked me to teach them something new.
