The interview process was really fun and flowed well. After a zoom interview, I went to HR to fill out some forms. Then I got a security badge and visited the location I would be working, where I had a third interview. It took about a month to hear back, but they eventually called to let me know I got the job.

It started with an email and then a virtual Teams interview. The interview was extremely unprofessional, and it took a lot of effort to get through it. One interviewer seemed disengaged, typing on the computer the whole time and lounging in his chair. He also struggled to answer my question about work-life balance, which was notable. The male interviewer had an attitude and seemed to want to feel superior. It was the worst interview experience I've ever had. They likely noticed my frustration, but I didn't care because I realized mid-interview that this wasn't the right place for me, especially with my 20+ years of experience.

I had two interviews with HR people where they asked me about my resume and got to know me. I applied online and got an email about a week later to schedule the first interview. After the first interview, they called me about a week later to schedule the second/final round interview. The second interview was easier and short, about 20 minutes. The next Tuesday, one of the HR reps called me to let me know I got the job.
