So the first thing was a 15 minute phone call to chat about the company and make sure we were on the same page about the job and the hours. After that, they sent a link to fill out the JAMS application. Once that was submitted, I got another email to set up a second interview, which was about an hour long. In that interview, they asked me some questions and then I got to ask them questions too. After we wrapped up, the interviewer mentioned they'd pass my info to the Head of Management for a decision. They said it would take about a week and a half since they were still interviewing others, but they'd definitely email me with the outcome.

After applying, I got a generic form response to schedule an interview. My email provider flagged it as potentially from a mailing list, even having an Unsubscribe button. The first interview was a phone call, but it was mostly just information about the company rather than a true interview. I was then asked if they could send me a "survey," which I suspected was the end of the process. As expected, the "survey" turned out to be an intrusive psych test. I responded by email stating I wouldn't be taking the test and thanked them for their time, but I received no reply.

The interview process was long and took months. I was initially told to come in for an in-person interview, but on my way, I was informed that I had misunderstood and it was actually a third phone interview with the same person. I took the blame even though the email indicated an in-person meeting, and she made the error. I didn't want to argue with her. Ultimately, I didn't get the job. She was nice, but the process was too drawn out, and it wasn't fair to have to accept fault for something that wasn't my mistake.
