Software Engineer Intern
The setup was smooth, and I had a great recruiter. It was a behavioral interview focusing on my career goals, aspirations, and how I fit into the company. The interviewers seemed younger than usual, mentioning their need for talented individuals to mentor into leadership roles. They emphasized that there's a lot of opportunity for growth.
- Can you tell me about your past projects?
- What makes you interested in working for this company?
Product Development Engineer
I had two phone chats with HR, but they didn't seem to know what the company was looking for. Then, I had to complete an online Wonderlic test and a video interview within three days. The Wonderlic system and test were a joke and a waste of time, same for the software. I think it's only worth applying if you have connections or went to a local college. James Hardie doesn't value your time. Don't expect any feedback or politeness.
