It was a screening, then a phone interview, and finally an in-person interview. All the managers seemed really focused on making customers happy, so I think it's better to talk about your customer service skills than just sales skills.

First interview is over the phone where they ask a few basic getting to know you and your interest in the position. Then likely they will invite you to a zoom interview where they ask you to answer questions requiring you to give specific instances or scenarios in which you had to over come challenge, made a mistake, learned something, showed strong leadership, helped team member etc.
