I applied on a Friday and then two days later got an email asking for a phone interview. After the call, I was sent an email for an in person interview that was going to be in a group.

The interview process started with a brief phone call asking about my availability and why I'm interested in the position. This was followed by an in-person interview, which was about an hour long and involved a group setting with at least one other candidate. During this second interview, there were many questions focused on customer service.

Applied online on the company website and got a phone call a couple days later. We scheduled an interview at the store. Upon arrival, there were 5 other candidates waiting, indicating it would be a group interview. We were seated on benches in the mall, which was very distracting, and each of us was asked the same questions. The interview lasted about an hour and a half because they had to ask everyone the same questions and ensure each person provided good examples. Towards the end, everyone had to sign a form consenting to a background check and then received a 'thank you' package containing mints, a catalog, and a jewelry polishing cloth.
