I submitted an online application and then got an email asking me to call during a specific time slot. After that, I was set up for a group interview. When I got there a bit before the scheduled time, it turned out I was the only person who showed up. The interview was with two really nice ladies who shared a lot of good information.

Although it was short, it was a really nice chat with the store manager. She talked a lot about the company culture, what she expects, and the benefits, and I got to ask questions too. It felt super easy, more like we were just talking rather than a formal interview.
