Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Jamba Juice.
Cashier
The interview was super chill and easy. They just asked about when I could work and what kind of job I wanted. It felt more suited for people looking for part-time work. The staff were really nice. I got the job right away.
- What kind of availability do you have.
Retail Associate
Got an email to schedule, then I met with the supervisor. It was a really professional interview. They mostly asked about my past jobs and times I dealt with customers. Since the store was super busy, they also wanted to know how I handle working under pressure.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience and how you handle pressure?
- Tell me about your experience with customer relations.
Barista
It was a group setting that did not feel personal at all. There wasn't enough time to really figure out if an employee would be a good fit. They seemed more focused on meeting certain quotas than finding the right match between employees and the company.
- What are your salary expectations?
