Team Leader
I had an interview with the manager the day before she left. We met outdoors and she asked me standard questions for a food service role. Topics included my career goals, my availability, my suitability for the position, and how I manage under pressure.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Fund Accountant
It was a good interview process, a bit stressful but good overall. I didn't end up getting the job, but that's fine because I didn't really want it anyway. I definitely recommend applying, but make sure to study and prepare how to make smoothies.
- I don't remember the questions asked.
Retail Associate
Got an email to schedule, then I met with the supervisor. It was a really professional interview. They mostly asked about my past jobs and times I dealt with customers. Since the store was super busy, they also wanted to know how I handle working under pressure.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience and how you handle pressure?
- Tell me about your experience with customer relations.
Intern
The interview process usually has a few steps. First, there's a quick chat to see if you meet the basic requirements. If it goes well, you'll move on to interviews, maybe some technical tests, questions about how you act, and some case studies. Sometimes, you might even talk to execs at the end. It's all about seeing if you're a good fit for the job and the company vibe.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this role?
- Could you share an instance of a difficult work situation and your approach to resolving it?
- What do you consider your main strengths and areas for improvement?
