I applied online and it took about 2 weeks to hear back. I then had a phone interview. After that, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview with the nurse manager and a staff nurse.

I handed in my resume at the talent office and then a few days later, I was interviewed by a group of nurses, managers, and administrators. They asked me a lot of questions since I was the first one interviewed from my group. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The questions were pretty much based on what I said.

It lasted a little over an hour. They really focused on teamwork, working independently, and compassion. I met with the clinical manager who was very stern and educated, but not in an intimidating way. He gave me a quick tour of the unit. I heard back about three weeks later that I got the full-time night position.
