The interview process included a recruiter call, a technical screen, and a presentation. I was asked about my motivation to pursue medicine and tested on Medical Spanish by conversing in Spanish with a native speaker. This language skill test was unique, as I hadn't encountered it in other residency interviews.

I spoke with the director of plant operations and a junior project manager. The interview process was really informative. I got to learn a lot about what the team does, how they're structured, the role itself, benefits, and other growth opportunities. Even though I don't have a ton of experience in healthcare, the interview made me even more interested in the healthcare sector. I felt the interview was well-organized, the questions were relevant and direct, and it really helped us both share information. The only bummer was not getting the offer.

I handed my resume to them at a job fair at my school. A few weeks after the semester ended, they called me for an interview. It was tough, mostly because I was asked some test questions about prioritization and drugs. You should definitely research the hospital beforehand, as I was asked some questions about it and the interviewer was impressed I knew the answers. You might not have the same experience though, as not all interviewers are this tough.

I handed in my resume at the talent office and then a few days later, I was interviewed by a group of nurses, managers, and administrators. They asked me a lot of questions since I was the first one interviewed from my group. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The questions were pretty much based on what I said.
