It was a good interview because the interviewer made me feel comfortable and was genuinely interested in learning more about my experience and skills. The interview was structured and allowed me to talk extensively about my strengths and how I could contribute to the role. Also, the interviewer gave me the chance to ask questions and get more information about the company and the position. Overall, it was a positive experience and left me with a good impression of the company.

Applied one day and then a day later, had a phone screening, 2 questionnaires and a test plan to fill out. This time, it lead to in person interview in a week. Went through 4-5 teams to answer questions. Had to describe how I would test the functionality of a remote control and basically over described my process. Took nearly 3 hours and I didn't even get written back when I was told I was supposed to about a decision.
