It started with an aptitude test which included quantitative aptitude, logical and reasoning aptitude, technical aptitude, and paragraph writing. This was followed by a technical interview covering C/C++, Java, and SQL. Finally, there was an HR interview where they asked questions about how I spend my weekends and my readiness for relocation to assess my confidence and how I respond.

Technical Behavioral

It was a 3-round process, including Aptitude, Technical Interview (TI), and Personal Interview (PI). There's a chance a Group Discussion (GD) round might be added later if the team decides. The Aptitude round had three parts: Quantitative, Verbal English, and Technical (covering C, C++, Java). The TI and PI happened concurrently. For TI, they asked basic questions on concepts like OOPs and Java. They might increase the difficulty based on how confident you seem; if you nail the basic ones, they might stop asking technical questions. For PI, they started with some intro questions to make me feel comfortable, then asked some puzzle questions. I felt really at ease with the HR person, they were quite conversational.

I got this OAF/ADF role through LinkedIn. The first round was a telephonic technical interview, pretty easy, asking about my projects and past experience. Since I was in Mumbai, the second round was a Skype interview with someone who had 10 years of experience. It was very technical and functional, covering Java code, SQL/PLSQL queries, Oracle Apps cycles, tables, and joins. They also asked for my approach to logical questions and if I had any questions. The final round was a managerial interview, also with someone having 10+ years of experience. It was technical and interpersonal, going through my profile and asking for an introduction. It was a good experience.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Questions about my projects and past experience.
  • Questions about my technical and functional knowledge.
  • Questions about my approach to logical problems.
