This was a pre-recorded interview with very limited time to answer, like 1 minute or less. The questions asked were more general and not really related to the specific job I applied for.

Applied online. First, I completed online assessments (numerical/spatial reasoning/logical reasoning). Then, I had two interviews, both times with the same junior brand manager + senior brand manager. I received feedback between the interviews, and they paid extra attention to it in the second interview.

Behavioral Presentation

The salary packages offered are below market rate. There's a big difference between senior and lower management. I had a good impression of the junior employees I met; they were all nice, polite, and professional. However, the senior managers were rude and unprofessional. I recently spoke with a senior recruiter who made nasty, personal remarks about me, which was uncalled for and unrelated to the job. I've noticed a generally negative culture at the senior level in the past. Many senior managers seem out of touch and have a 'take credit for others' ideas' approach. Given the senior culture and feedback from other candidates and employees, I decided not to move forward.

  • What standard questions did they ask?
  • Did you undergo any psychometric testing?
  • What were the presentation requirements?
