Associate
It was a very relaxed interview process. I spoke with 9 different people. The interview was conversational and it was evident that they had reviewed my resume beforehand. I felt genuinely welcomed into the firm, and the environment seemed authentic.

The greeter, who was from HR, likely had the incorrect time scheduled. She cut the interview short, stating it was over after only about 7 minutes. I didn't realize this until I left the building. Despite my polite request for an explanation, none was given. This was incredibly frustrating because I traveled all the way there for this single interview, covering my own expenses.

I had an online interview with the recruiters first. Then, I had an online interview lined up with the hiring partner, but she didn't show up. She was supposed to call me to talk about the role, but she never did. After that, I had an online interview with a different partner. Finally, I had an in-person interview with the recruiters and the partner.
- Can you describe what your typical day-to-day responsibilities are in your current job?
