I got an email for a phone screen, then I had to do an online questionnaire. After that, I was invited to their office to interview with the managers. I interviewed with 3 managers, and the interview was about an hour long. I felt like I did well with everyone. The recruiter said they'd let me know next week. But then, when I tried to contact the recruiter, they just disappeared. It was super unprofessional. Interviewing at their office, the least they could do is answer a call or email to say I didn't get the job instead of ghosting candidates. It's honestly one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had, not from the managers, but from talent acquisition, especially since they're a staffing company.

It took them more than two weeks to finally set up an interview after the first contact. The first interview was on the phone. The in-person interview had 4 people in a group. They reviewed the job requirements and then asked me to talk about my background. Questions came up randomly from all 4 interviewers.

I went through about 7 interviews for an entry-level recruiting role, plus a job shadow. I spoke with people at various levels, from recruiters all the way up to VPs. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome. Ultimately, they decided to go with someone who had more recruiting experience, so it didn't work out for this specific position.
