Vice President
Great experience, thoughtful and thorough, with an easy-to-find location. The discussion felt collaborative and respectful, like a true partnership rather than a grilling, making the entire process comfortable and productive.
- What motivates you?
Accountant
It was a quick interview process with a few different sessions. I had a panel interview with some of the main partners. Overall, it felt like a good interview. They asked about both my professional and personal life. Private companies often ask directly what they are looking for.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Account Representative
I went through a few interviews with Jackson Healthcare. First, I had a phone interview, then three in-person ones with different people from various departments. I made sure to follow up after each interview to show I was still interested and appreciated their time. I also reached out to the hiring manager later on to reiterate my interest and initiative. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the hiring manager, not even a quick email saying they chose someone else, which I found pretty rude given the time I invested over several weeks. It left a really bad impression, making me feel like they're either too busy or just don't care about the candidates. It was funny though, because later someone from the company contacted me on LinkedIn about another role, and I just laughed and didn't respond. I would never consider working there.
- Can you share your past experiences?
Guest Service Coordinator
I had a great experience during my interview process with Jackson Healthcare. Elizabeth, my recruiter, was very helpful during this time. I first spoke to Elizabeth on the phone, we went over the job description and my experience. I then had two face to face interviews. The process only took a few weeks. They do a great job of keeping in contact with you, while going through the process. It is truly a great company to work for!
- How would you handle a difficult caller?
