Customer Service Representative
This was a customer service role interview. It involved a lot of questions focusing on customer service itself, and also about compensation and my career aspirations, including both my long-term and short-term goals. Additionally, there were inquiries regarding policies on staff time off and vacations.
- I inquired about the annual bonus.
Registered Nurse
So the interview was pretty formal and they really went into detail. I met with a panel of three people, two Nurse Managers and an Educator. I talked to all of them and answered their questions. Then, I got to ask them questions about the department and the job to figure out what a registered nurse does day-to-day.
- What are your career aspirations for the next three years?
Population Health Specialist
After an initial phone chat to confirm my interest in the role, I had an in-person interview. It started a bit late, about 10 minutes past the scheduled time. They asked standard questions. Salary discussions were a bit awkward; they wouldn't share their range and wanted me to go first. I heard back a few days later and they weren't moving forward with my application. On the plus side, they were quick with scheduling and providing feedback.
- Can you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
