The interview was a positive experience. The store was very clean, well-located. The interviewer was prompt and professional in their communication and actions. It was a better experience than I anticipated. The manager asked about the store and my past career.

The interview was pretty straightforward. I had a chat with the store Manager. They were friendly, asked the standard questions, jotted down some notes, and offered me the job right away. They told me to go get my drug test and bring back the results, then we could start the training.

I submitted an online application and then they called to schedule an interview. I attended the interview the same day I got out of school and had to fill out a paper application. I then had a one-on-one with the general manager, who gave me paperwork for a drug test. I completed the drug test and returned the form to Jack's. A few days after submitting the drug test form, I started working.
