The interview process was really welcoming and optimistic. I was actually hired during the interview itself, as I showed enthusiasm and the hiring manager felt the same. I was clearly told what was expected and agreed to the responsibilities. They also asked what skills would be needed, and they said I'd be trained if I lacked certain skills.

It took a few weeks to get an interview, but the manager who interviewed me was nice the whole time and apologized. They didn't ask many questions because they needed someone urgently.

Behavioral Presentation

This interview process was very intimidating and strict. You really need to know everything and have a strong portfolio to show why you should be a manager. They want to hear that customers enjoyed your service and that you can handle any situation. You also need to show leadership skills even before you become a manager.
