Engineer
The interview process was terrible and felt like a joke. They claimed I'd be designing pipelines, but it turns out this isn't really an engineering company, it's more of a burger place. I'm now flipping burgers, though the free food is a plus.

Software Engineer
The interview process at Lince Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. usually starts with an HR screening. After that, there's a technical round where they check your core skills in things like Java, SQL, or whatever technologies are relevant. Then, you might have a chat with a manager or a client. They're looking at how you solve problems, what projects you've worked on, and how well you communicate. Supplier Quality Engineer
The interviewer asked me about my background and experience, and why I am looking for a new job. They also asked about my biggest weaknesses and advantages, and what I like to do in my spare time.
