It was a job dating event, very interesting and interactive. There was a role-playing exercise. Candidates had to bring out their potential and go beyond. A very good atmosphere during the interviews. Very human, really.

Very cordial conversations for a total of 3 video calls with three different people. They seem like very human people. Little to say, but the impression was excellent, we'll have to see if it will really be like the job descriptions they gave. Keep all factual details, preserve the informal human tone, do NOT fix grammar or polish the language, it should still read like the same person wrote it (casually). Similar length. Remove unrelated noise.

It was pretty relaxed. They asked the usual stuff about my past experiences and what my future goals are for myself and my career. They also asked about my expectations for the role and my availability. We discussed training and whether I could commit to it if I got the job.

The application process usually has a few steps. First, you send in a cover letter and resume. After an initial screening, suitable candidates get invited for an introductory meeting, often followed by one or more interviews. Sometimes there are also assessments or tests. Finally, if successful, you get an offer and then negotiate the terms. After accepting, onboarding begins. The process can differ by company, but these steps are often found.
