Behavioral Technical

It's a 2-step interview process with some technical questions. The first step is more of a friendly chat to get to know you, and the second interview is more technical. It's quite a relaxed process compared to many other companies.

Technical Coding

After applying, there were a couple of Zoom calls, an English test, and a programming test. The questions were about data structures, nothing unusual. After passing the tests is when you get a formal offer with the salary offered.

Technical Behavioral

It was a professional multi-stage interview process. Started with an introduction, then a technical screening, followed by an HR meeting. After that, I interviewed with the RnD director, and finally, there was a meeting for agreement. One thing that could be better is the English level of some technical interviewers, as I found it difficult to understand their questions sometimes.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Questions about Yocto.
  • Tell me about driver implementations in the Linux kernel.
  • What are your thoughts on HAL implementation?
