I applied for an internship via an online application. First, my resume was screened, then HR called to set up the interview. There was one or two rounds. The first round covered my academics, projects, and why I wanted the job. They also asked behavioral questions about teamwork and problem-solving. For the technical part, they asked some questions about the role to check my basic knowledge.

I first spoke with an HR rep, then had a 1-1 with the hiring manager. After that, I had another video call, but the interviewer was off-screen. It made me wonder if it was a real job. The questions felt very standard, with no follow-ups or opportunities for me to ask questions. I never heard back, and it took over 3 weeks.
