We'll start with a phone screen to chat about your general qualifications and background. Then, you'll have a first round interview with the hiring manager and some senior team members. There might be a second round with future coworkers. Just a heads-up, the Florence, KY site operates differently from the typical work cell model you might see at other locations.

Got contacted directly by HR on LinkedIn for a Senior role, there wasn't even a job posting up. HR did a 30-minute phone screen first. Then, I had a 2-hour on-site interview with two people. They got back to me a week later saying they chose someone else, though I felt the interview went pretty well. I'm kinda wondering if they didn't have the right budget for a senior position.

I think I applied for a different role, but a recruiter reached out about this manufacturing engineer position. I had an interview with one of the managers the following week. I suspect the qualifications weren't too strict, but the manager seemed a bit uninterested when they saw my project experience didn't exactly line up with the job duties. The pay was already really low, so I'm not sure why the expectations were so high, especially since the responsibilities were identical to their internship openings.
