I applied through a staffing agency and they asked me some basic questions. Then, they set up an in-person interview with the Engineering Manager, the Site Lead Test Engineer, and a Test Engineer. About 10 questions were asked, and the interview lasted around 30 minutes.

The interview process started with an initial screening email, followed by a first-round interview. After that, I was invited for a second, on-site interview. I was told I would hear back about the outcome within about a week. However, three weeks passed with no update. I reached out to the recruiter for an update but was completely ignored. It's frustrating to have spent 5 hours driving for this interview and not even receive a rejection email or a simple 'no'. This experience has made it clear I won't be applying to this company again, and I'm actually glad I won't be working for them, as it shows they don't value people's time and effort.
