Had a chat and visited the company. The staff who showed me around were very thorough in explaining all the processes and how things work. The company is very large and has many job opportunities.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard process, mostly done over Teams or Zoom. There seemed to be a bit of a mismatch between what the Recruiter and Hiring Manager were looking for in terms of technical skills. Not much wiggle room on the offer. All in all, it was an alright experience with a few interviews with the Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and some teammates.

Behavioral Technical Other

Found the job posting online. Had an internal contact who helped speed things up. Went through two phone screens: first with the hiring manager, then with someone doing a similar job. After that, I had a full-day interview with HR, the hiring manager, and other people from different departments. They even took me to lunch. The questions were fair, and sometimes the interviews felt more relaxed. Overall, it was a really good experience.
