Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at J.W. Business Acquisitions.
Sales Executive
The initial part was quite fast, but they weren't very clear about how the pay works. Some folks had a second interview out in the field, but others didn't, which made it confusing for some about where they stood and what they were supposed to do.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- In your own words, where do you see yourself in the future?
Sales Executive
It was an initial phone screening interview. They asked me to go through my resume and introduce my leadership experience. They also gave me some basic information about the company and the position to make sure it's what I want to apply for.
- Could you walk me through your resume?
Sales Executive
The interview process feels rushed. While they are VERY clear that this is a sales job, they are unclear about what they are selling. They seem too focused on whether or not you have cold calling experience.
- Who would you choose to be for one day (living, dead, real, or fictional), and what activities would you undertake in that role?
