Assistant Manager
The recruiter was straightforward and a bit rude. I asked about their work schedule, and he mentioned they work Saturdays. I shared my work preferences, but he dismissed them, saying that given my current job search situation, I should be flexible with the schedule and that my salary expectations are why I haven't landed a job. I thanked him and said I wasn't interested anymore, as I didn't want to work for someone who uses the situation to lower offers unfairly and discourage candidates. He didn't seem to recognize the hard work I put into my previous role to earn my last salary, and I believe in fairness. Overall, I don't recommend applying to this company.
- Can you elaborate on your past work experiences?
